@BloodBladesdon't feel bad dude. You tried to get an event that was fun in the past back going. It doesn't seem you were informed of the state of scrim. It's unfortunate that a new plugin was implemented on the server when the old one worked just fine, especially when the new plugin is nowhere near functional for an event like this. It's sad to see a server be left for dead when it used to be super fun to fuck around with some friends and now it barely functions. Good attempt at the event, but sometimes things just don't work out.

I don't personally really know you but the best piece of advice I can give is people pleasing and trying to be mature can only get you so far. Focus less on going out of your way to please people and more trying to understand what made people perceive you as immature and what things you were doing that annoyed people. By attacking the root of the issue, it will show more progress than a fresh coat of paint on a rusted chassis (showing you're not acting yourself, being somebody you really aren't). It seems like you're in a hurry to get admin, and I promise you, as someone who it took 6? admin apps and 3 years to get a shot at admin here, patience is your friend. If it's meant to be, it will happen, I just can't promise when. Best of luck on your personal journey, bud.

Yo, just think it would be handy if we could do !rdm if we feel we have been RDMed in a round and it would show up in chat for the admins+ as "[Player] believes they have been RDMed this round. Check console to see details." Then, the admin could open console and see who the suspected RDMer is once they are dead. Hopefully this could allow for players to report an RDM without spoiling the round for admins playing. Seems pretty simple to make in theory, and I feel it would be really handy to have, much like !fk on jailbreak.

Currently, it's impossible to see who is on the various teams outside of CA+/Team Leaders because when you click on a role at the bottom of the forums (seen below): You only see the people with that rank as their primary role. This change/fix (I wouldn't call this a bug so to say, just something that never really got touched on?) would allow for transparency of who is on what team, and if someone needs to contact a certain member of a certain team, they can see their list of people they can contact. An example of this would be someone wanting help with a JB event suggestion, and they wanted to see who on the event team was also a JB admin+, so they went to try and see who is on the events team, but wouldn't receive a full list. Whether it be fixing this convoluted method of searching for a rank or adding to the staff page, I think it would be good to add a full list for the teams instead of only being able to see members with their team role as their primary rank.

Pretty much as long as your evidence provides context to the situation (like what the order was), because once in a blue moon mass killings are within the rules and shows the offender doing the offense, you're good. Legend has it someone made a perm request by recording his monitor with his phone, so even if the quality isn't that great, it can serve its purpose. As far as his steam ID goes, if you were unable to get it in game, search their name on the jailbreak stats page and click on the profile of the person you are accusing to get their Steam ID.

I'm assuming the guy who is running it at 2666 MHz is overclocking it and will fry his computer sooner rather than later. According to my computer, it runs at 2133MHz. I was looking to get RAM that runs faster than this because I intend on upgrading my motherboard probably within 12-18 months. I actually bought a single stick of the RAM you've recommended but then forgot that RAM needs to be dual channeled (like the dumbass I am), so I returned it and am now looking for a pair. I'll probably end up buying those again because they're affordable and seem to be recommended by nearly every place I look. Edit: When it says the max speed I can run is 2133MHz, does that mean any RAM that is faster than that is incompatible with my motherboard? Or will the motherboard just cap out the RAM at 2133MHz while it's being used?

I'm looking to buy additional RAM for my computer because not only does the RAM that came with my computer suck, it would be nice to have 32GB of RAM. I'm looking to keep my budget $80- but will go a tiny bit above if it's worth it. Ideally would like non-RGB LED RAM. I don't care about "oooh pretty colors", I just want something that is reliable and fast. Any help is appreciated.

Heyo, I think it would be cool if there was a way to tell who is the owner of a certain private channel. I know that when you do .claim, you're given control over the channel, so I assume there is some way to display that via a temp rank? It would be useful with knowing who to ping when you want to be let into a channel, see if the channel is claimed by anyone in it, etc.

I work at a martial arts place and help run the after school program and teach classes for the kids. We are required to wear masks, and at work I have no qualms with wearing them because even though I'm 99% certain I don't have COVID-19, if I can do my part to prevent spreading anything to the children and families I interact with on a day-to-day basis, I will. It honestly drives me nuts when I have to tell parents and grandparents to put their masks on more than I have to remind the children to pull their masks up. The amount of entitlement people have because they live in the "land of the free" is disgusting. It's not hard to have common courtesy to keep your mask on during a global pandemic to protect others. At Thanksgiving this year, I wore a mask because my grandparents are immunocompromised and so are a couple of other family members that attended our small gettogether. Do I enjoy wearing the masks? Of course not. I would much rather be able to see people's faces from my coworkers, to the kids I take care of, their parents, people I see in stores, etc. It gets itchy and sweaty and gross but if it's to help us get out of this quicker, I'll do my part. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same mindset. According to a WebMD report in late October, mask use in the US has gone up drastically, but the percent of adults who always wear masks is still only at around 70% (well when in public places), which is nowhere near where we need to be to stop this surge of cases. I'm hoping once the vaccine becomes readily available to the public, enough people will be willing (ironically, I won't be getting it) to get the COVID vaccine and restrictions around the country can be lessened so smaller businesses can go back to closer-to-normal and people can have somewhat of a concept of "normal" social interaction. Even a year in, there's still so many question marks about what's going to happen, all we can really do is individually do our part and hope for the best.

Well if we're actually going to be mushy here and bring it all out I guess I'll put mine in a few parts. Firstly I'll thank the "OGs" I was around in my first consistent stint here at SG from like 2017-2018 for being able to deal with my obnoxious ass when I was still an immature idiot and could scream at the cost of my vocal cords over Overwatch. Shoutout to both the TeamSpeak peeps I would chat with and the JB tards I would laugh for hours with back in the day (well at least when I was still a "JB kid").
