Just quoting cause same feels, but also making the events feed only show 3-4 events will help with scrolling down to see latest posts, as well as making it so latest posts show 2-3 lines maximum so you dont get giant boxes of text to scroll past. Would just make it a little easier to scroll the sidebar overall. Edit: Would also be cool is new posts for the same thread were stacked like old forums, instead showing every new post regardless of a similar thread popping up

If people are delaying rounds consistently and not attempting to defuse the bomb as a CT admins should be stepping in and making sure they are not throwing/trolling. Personally I have not seen this problem as of lately, however im hoping to implement something in the coming weeks that will incentivize people to go for more defusals rather than kills on the server.

As stated above, having cosmetic items such as these would kind of ruin the vanilla aspect of retakes and make it feel more like a community server rather than a place to practice to warmup (which it is). The only cosmetic changes I would be happy with adding is custom models for knives/weapons as those wouldnt affect gameplay at all, however as mentioned before, the plugin we know of that allows this has caused issues/crashes, so sadly it will not be happening. Thanks for the suggestion anyhow!

There should be a thread for bug reporting in the subsection for each server. Any issues with the forums can have a thread be made in the Forum Mods section

The way i see the LG vs Veterans admin power gap is that LGs should have CA powers while Veterans maintain their SA powers. I understand this may be a confusing or unpopular opinion, but i believe since the LGs are being treated like CAs already (forum access and whatever), theyre obviously being trusted enough with sensitive information, so they have the level of trust to have extra commands. This way LG is more of a prestigious rank as well, as these people not only did enough for the community to receive lifetime admin, but lifetime CA as well. With this, i would propose reinstating the Veterans rank with admin powers, because as it currently stands the rank seems to be nothing more than a Glorified Honorable Gamer. Obviously people in the Veterans rank would be given a little more recognition than HGs, and since theyve earned the trust of the community and put those hours in to help it out, they should be allowed to maintain their SA powers. Obviously the two suggestions i provided may be a disagreement point between the board and i, but i believe that changing the two ranks to fit the LGs with CA perms and Veterans with SA perms would give people that drive to continue working hard and well to earn a well respected and trusted spot in the community forever without having to climb to BD or Code for countless hours giving plugins, bots, and forum changes that push the community forward.

I know many people prefer teamspeak over discord and for good reason. To compare the two in terms of their voice servers is not a proper comparison imo because TS is focused on its VOIP while discord is mainly text chatting. The best comparison i can give to discord is that it's a better version of Slack. Other than that, currently discord does not offer the same interactive experience that teamspeak does. I feel moving away from the interactive environment of teamspeak will drive the community into sub-groups and provide less interaction between new and old members of the community. My opinion of this is based off of what teamspeak does that discord can not, which is allow members to interact in a private manor, available to only people inside of their text/voice channel, while discord would require and open text channel paired with its voice channel that anyone could join into. There may be a way to do this in discord, but it would still cause more confusion as to which channel someone is messaging in compared to teamspeak's text channels linked to their voice channels. For the reasons stated above (which may not be worded properly and be confusing) I believe we should keep teamspeak until a platform comes along that can properly mimic its usage and functionality. TLDR: Teamspeak and discord are similar in some aspects but not a lot, mainly voice channels being superior on teamspeak.
