If you join fast enough, you are able to play but when you join after a certain time you are unable to play. If I understand what you are talking about, this is so that people don't join and it would be very hard for cts to control them. I do also think that this timer can be extended to favor those who don't have the best wifi, but right now I think its ok.

Just like clip of the month, sometimes they do it, sometimes they don’t. I’m pretty sure the schedule is random.

I did attend and it did perform pretty well, I believe we had over 10 people there, which was a good number of people.

This has been brought up several times. I’m pretty sure @Dominic thinks that 25 minutes is fine (I do to). It gives enough time for a normal person to learn how to play the server, and if someone did have the intention to get banned they would probably go afk for just a long period of time then they already do.
